Our restaurant was established in 2005 as the pioneer of what would eventually become our network of branch outlets. Initially, it started as a simple dining establishment.
The journey began with the opening of a small bakery on the terrace corner of Ramayana Pondok Gede in 2000. The bakery, known as Toko Kue Pada Suka, quickly gained recognition in the local community. The driving principle was to make expensive foods more affordable and accessible to everyone. At that time, dishes based on Gurame fish were considered expensive and exclusive. Driven by the desire to make these dishes accessible to all, we decided to specialize in Gurame fish and develop a unique range of dishes based on this ingredient. Thus, the idea to focus on Gurame fish and create a variety of menu options led to the establishment of Rumah Makan Radja Gurame.
